preventive care & wellness programs
Preventive care is priority #1 at Ark. In fact, we believe so strongly in preventive care that we have developed annual and bi-annual health care plans for dogs and cats.
boarding
Need a safe, friendly place for your pet to stay while you travel or while you're at work? Ark Animal Hospital provides services for boarding as well as day stays. Ark has separate boarding facilities for both dogs and cats. For the larger dogs, we have large runs to make them as comfortable as possible.
dentistry & digital dental radiography
Ark is committed to doing all that we can to help make it easy for you to provide the best dental care possible for your pets throughout their lifetime from puppy-hood to the senior years.
grooming
Ark Animal hospital offers professional pet grooming services. Pets can be dropped off between 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and can be picked up as late as 5:00 p.m. Your pet will be kept in a friendly environment and will never be exposed to un-vaccinated animals.
surgery & Laser Procedures
Ark is one of the only Laser pet surgical facilities in the Jacksonville area. Pets can now benefit from the technology that humans have been using for over 30 years.
home delivery of medications & supplies
If you’ve not yet signed-up for the Ark online Pharmacy, there’s no better time than the present. Sign-up and start taking advantage of discounted pricing on all of your pet supplies - including foods, supplements, and prescription and non-prescription medications.

Ark Animal Hospital would love to be able to take care of all of your pet's health needs, but we realize there are times when emergency or after-hours care is needed. If you have a pet emergency after Ark’s normal business hours, please refer to this list of recommended after-hours, emergency service providers.

Ark supports the Veterinary Care Charitable Fund, a program of the American Veterinary Medical Foundation (AVMF). The program was created to support veterinarians who provide medical services to the lost, neglected and abused animals that find their way into our hospital. The program also allows us to care for animals in our community when their owners face extraordinary hardships.
